Head –Mobile Technologies

Rohith is RDAlabsLabs ace Mobility expert. He has extensive hands on experience in building mobility platform and also leading the Mobility team in building innovative solutions. His pursuit to constantly stay ahead of the game in the use of contemporary technologies to help customers innovate is remarkable.
At RDAlabsLabs, he brings immense energy and enthusiasm to delivering groundbreaking mobile solutions to our customers.

 He has proven adeptness in handling entire project lifecycle, known for effectively designing processes, system and products by managing business requirements. He is also skilled at establishing relationships and collaborating with all levels of professional.
Rohith has worked for renowned companies like NIIT Technologies,Mindtree, LG Soft India, Snap One Inc, OLA. He holds B.E. in Information Science from RNSIT, Bangalore and has done his General Management programme from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) Batch 2016.

Biju has close to 20 years of experience in the fields of strategic program management, estimation, planning and overall project optimization. A true leader, his positivity and proactivity to solve business problems with absolute calm brings successful long term customer relationships for RDAlabsLabs.
Biju has worked in impactful roles in various companies like Evident Software, Antenna and Pega Systems. His understanding of software architecture combined with the drive to adapt modern technologies to conceptualize fresh solutions is remarkable. RDAlabsLabs is honored to have him lead the Enterprise Platform and Data Science departments.

With over a decade of extensive experience in both functional and non-functional quality assurance, Sam Cornelius has set high standards of excellence to the work RDAlabsLabs delivers. He has global exposure in handling varied Quality Assurance projects that span the realms of Android, IOS, BB, Windows, Native and Hybrid applications.
Sam’s ability to tackle multiple technology based projects makes him the perfect fit for his role. As Head of Quality and Automation, his deep understanding of varied applications and a holistic approach to problem solving take RDAlabsLabs Quality Teams to new levels. Sam has worked across various industries like Telecom, Retail, Banking, Mobile and Medicare.
Sam has held several key roles and grown from being an adept Senior QA professional to leading a dynamic team of Quality and Automation professionals at RDAlabsLabs. Head – Web and CMS

Web technologies are the way forward. Kamlesh Lalwani, Head of Web and CMS is here to drive RDAlabsLabs and its customers to be forerunners in this space. Kamlesh has a rich experience of over a decade in niche web technologies such as Infragistics, Telerik, Sitefinity, .Net, MVC and WebAPI, Agile Project Management, Responsive Development, High Chart, Data Visualization to name a few.
Kamlesh believes there are huge benefits through investing in the right mix of web technologies. He strives to enable modernization and digitization of enterprises through contemporary Web and CMS technologies.

Mathew George has over 20 years of experience in various technical domains such as Infrastructure Operations, with main focus on Configuration Management , Cloud Operations , Monitoring , Security, Cost Optimization, Reliability, Performance Testing , Continuous Integration and Deployment, build automation, Mobile Application development using AMP Studio (Antenna Mobility Platform), Lotus Notes development , web development, QA automation etc.
Mathew has played several key roles in Cloud Operations, Mobility, Enterprise application development, group ware development and administration.
He has worked in reputed companies in the U.S such as Antenna and Accenture, Snap One , Synchronoss Technologies.

BYJU VALAPPIL

Head – HR and Operations

Excellence in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Human Resources make Byju a versatile leader. With a drive to bring in an energized work environment, Byju heads HR and Operations for RDAlabsLabs. He comes with over a decade of experience in IT recruitment. Byju’s excellence in organizing, planning and ability to tackle complex business challenges sets him apart. He started his career as an IT Recruiter and swiftly grown into managerial roles. Prior to RDAlabsLabs, Byju was associated with Snap One (acquired by Synchronoss). He held the capacity of HR & Recruitment Manager with Antenna Software (acquired by Pega Systems). He has made a significant contribution to Antenna Software by building a team of 150+ in a short span of time. At Snap One, he drove expedited recruitment of 40+ technical experts within 6 months. He has rich experience in global HR policies which he gained at his tenure at Snap One, New Jersey, USA.

SHASHI CHANDRAPPA

Director of Delivery

Shashidhar Chandrappa is Director of Delivery. He has dynamic 25-year of Global experience in IT of leading world-class teams. Worked on driving increased revenue & market share by providing strategic and business solution with the leadership for International & Domestic customers. Experienced in Software development, system administration, BI, Analytics and data warehouse. Worked as Director of IT, Director of Sales, Consultant and BI advisor in CRM sector for the Government of India for NSDA and NSDC.
Prior to Joining RDAlabs he worked in Various organizations like TISL, IBM, Great American Insurance, Talisma, Campus Vue. Worked as a consultant and mentor with Axalta, DuPont, Schneider Electric, NSDA, NSDC, Emids to name a few.
He has earned Toastmaster Competent Communicator (CC) award and served as a VP of education in Toastmaster international. Also, winner of humorous speech contest in Toastmaster international Northeast American region.
He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Mysore University.
In his present role as Director of delivery position he is responsible for spanning sales, services, engineering, business operations and business development and management across Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East.

He has built and led engineering and professional services organizations globally and delivered enterprise and consumer solutions for global IT infrastructures on leading cloud platforms. He has worked directly with C-Level Executives at Fortune1-1000 companies and built enterprise mobile, cloud platforms and solutions at At&T, Vodafone, Xerox, Wal-Mart, Eaton, Dell, Coca Cola Enterprise, AMTRAK, Novo Nordisk, Hill-Rom, ABBOTT, PNC, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland, J&J Europe, South Korean Telecom, Telstra (Australia), and Assurant among others.
Reji has built four global technology organizations over the past 15 years. Antenna Software (acquired by Pega Systems), Snap One, Apogee Networks and Evident Software. He has advised several other enterprise clients and VC firms in establishing successful organizations to meet their rapid growth needs and increase operational efficiency.
